WaterSmart Residential Landscape and Irrigation Webinars and Workshops – The San Diego County Water Authority’s WaterSmart Program is providing free online workshops taught by a local landscape design professional with a ‘do-it-yourself’ approach. These classes are sponsored in part by Member Agencies and the County of San Diego.
