Request For Proposal for Real Estate Agent Professional Services for Fallbrook Property Sale
Mission Resource Conservation District is seeking a qualified Real Estate broker to facilitate the sale of property owned by the District located in the unincorporated community of Fallbrook, in San Diego County, California.
It is the intent of this Request for Proposals to have the successful broker enter into a professional services contract with the District to provide real estate services as outlined herein. The District is ideally seeking brokers with some familiarity with applicable municipal laws and practices including relevant local land use and zoning controls.
RFP Release Date: 5pm, September 6, 2022
Proposals Due: 5pm, September 22, 2022
Please see submission information in the attached RFP; it is recommended that proposals be submitted in advance, at least one day prior to the specified date and time to allow for a timely receipt. LATE PROPOSALS will NOT be considered.
